Detailed description of goods and/or services
Kangaroo Mother Care Promotions promotes a new basic concept in the health sector and society as a whole, and the information on this site is free to use, with acknowledgement of source. Certain promotional materials are however for sale: videos mainly videos and shirts.

Delivery policy

Subject to availability of goods and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within seven (7) days ((usually two)) and delivery confirmed by email. Surface postage is included in the cost, airmail postage can be purchased on the site. Courier services must be arranged through email, and the specific additional cost paid as mutually agreed. As items are small and low cost, order numbers and invoices will not be automatically generated, but are available on request. Copies of courier waybills and other documents can also be faxed or scans emailed.

Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Kangaroo Mother Care Promotions is subject to availability.  In cases of unavailability, Kangaroo Mother Care Promotions will refund the client in full within 30 days.  Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a ten (10) % administration fee.

Videos and DVD will be replaced if faulty within 7 days of receipt of goods, please confirm return of the faulty item (surface mail). Other materials, including the KangaCarriers are not returnable.

Customer privacy policy

Kangaroo Mother Care Promotions shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment options accepted

Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard, (not Diners or American Express credit cards) or by bank wire transfer into the Kangaroo Mother Care Promotions bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

Credit card acquiring and security

Credit card transactions will be acquired for Kangaroo Mother Care Promotions via Virtual Card Services (VCS)   who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa.  VCS uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website.  Users may go to view their security certificate and security policy. 

Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored separately from card details, the latter are entered by the client on VCSs secure site.  For more detail on VCS refer to www.vcs.co.za

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Therefore the transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR). This price is presented with an approximate and dated conversion factor in US dollars, European euros, and British pounds.

Responsibility

Kangaroo Mother Care Promotions takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods

Country of domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Kangaroo Mother Care Promotions chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature,

Variation
