The term “Kangaroula” is the copyright of

        NINO Academy, and Jill Bergman.

Everybody is encouraged to apply the principles and concepts described here  – they arise out of the basic biology of human kind – and belong to human kind.

The term “kangaroula” however encompasses a great deal more than the name itself.  There is a body of intellectual knowledge, as well as an art of practice, which we have developed and defined, and which we  seek to protect and enhance.
We reserve the right to bestow the name only on such as we have approved as meeting the definitions and requirements.
